pyxpcm.plot.subplots
- pyxpcm.plot.subplots(m, maxcols=3, K=inf, subplot_kw=None, **kwargs)[source]
Return (figure, axis) with one subplot per cluster
- Parameters:
- :class:`pyxpcm.models.pcm`
A PCM instance
- maxcolsint
Maximum number of columns to use
- Kint
The number of subplot required (
pyxpcm.models.pcm.K()
by default)- subplot_kwdict()
Arguments to be submitted to the
matplotlib.pyplot.subplots
subplot_kw options.- All other **kwargs are forwarded to :class:`matplotlib.pyplot.subplots`
- Returns:
- fig
matplotlib.pyplot.figure.Figure
- ax
matplotlib.axes.Axes
object or array of Axes objects. ax can be either a single
matplotlib.axes.Axes
object or an array of Axes objects if more than one subplot was created. The dimensions of the resulting array can be controlled with the squeeze keyword, see above.
